Toner Cartridge

Function
The quality of a laser printer depends on the quality of the toner cartridge which also determines user's cost expense. In a laser printer, 70% imaging components are installed in the cartridge. Hence, the toner cartridge decides the print quality. Besides, a good toner cartridge could save money for repair and other cost. Each type of printer has its own applicable models of cartridges. Usually, we will suggest a most suitable model for our customers.

Notes
1. Avoid using or storing toner cartridges in a high temperature, high humidity or extremely cold environment. Don't tear the seal before use, otherwise the carbon powder will become damp and caked, which affects the print image and the print color. If the product is stored in a very hot or cold condition for a long time, please put it in a normal temperature for a while before use.
2. Avoid long time exposure to high light. Before use, do not tear the plastic bag of toner cartridges, especially the light barrier. More than 10 minutes exposure to high light will make the toner useless.
3. While replacing the toner cartridge, please use a cleaner to clean the place where the inkjet cartridges originally installed, and in the meanwhile, use a piece of soft cloth to clear up paper scraps and carbon dust gathered in the paper holder. Exposed electrical contact chips can be cleaned with an alcohol dipped swab.
4. Do not move OPC drum arbitrarily and you have to pay attention to the rolling direction of OPC drum. Wrong rolling direction will damage some components and result in toner leaking or print blurred.
5. Do not use those printing papers which are too hard, too thick, cockled or with uneven cut. Otherwise, printing quality will be affected and OPC drum will get worn out.
6. When a toner cartridge is installed into the printer for the first time, shake the cartridge horizontally 6-8 times to make toners evenly scattered, and then tear the seal. Otherwise, toner would be caked.
7. Keep toner cartridges away from displayers, hard-disk drives and any other magnetic substances.
